12月19日，受茵梦达电机（中国）有限公司的邀约，昂倍兹ABZ研发、生产、质量、销售、仓库、综合管理等部门的负责人，前往茵梦达（原西门子）仪征工厂进行了为期一天的参观交流。

On December 19th, at the invitation of INNOMOTICS Motors (China) Co., Ltd., the person in charge of ABZ's R&D, production, quality, sales, warehousing, general management and other departments went to INNOMOTICS (formerly Siemens) Yizheng Factory for a one-day visit and exchange.

    在茵梦达工厂，团队深入生产一线，系统学习了高端电机的现代化生产流程，重点了解了其最新推出的电机型号、性能特点以及技术优势。

同时，团队结合昂倍兹ABZ自身产品线，就电机与公司产品的匹配度、性能优化空间等进行了现场探讨。

Factory Visit

At the INNOMOTICS Factory, the team went deep into the production frontline, systematically learned the modern production process of high-end motors, and focused on understanding its newly launched motor models, performance characteristics and technical advantages.

At the same time, combined with ABZ's own product line, the team conducted on-site discussions on the matching degree between motors and the company's products, as well as the room for performance optimization.

  此外，团队还重点观摩了茵梦达在现场精益管理、生产计划高效下达以及智能化仓储物流等方面的实践成果。其严谨的流程管控、清晰的视觉化管理以及高度的自动化水平，给参观人员留下了深刻印象，也为昂倍兹ABZ后续提升自身运营效率与管理精细化水平提供了宝贵的参考。

In addition, the team also focused on observing INNOMOTICS' practical achievements in on-site lean management, efficient issuance of production plans, and intelligent warehousing and logistics. Its rigorous process control, clear visual management and high level of automation left a deep impression on the visitors, and also provided valuable reference for ABZ to further improve its operational efficiency and management refinement level in the future.

   参观结束后，双方团队举行了专题管理交流会。

   会上，就共同关心的技术趋势、行业应用难点以及未来合作可能性进行了热烈而富有成效的讨论。

After the visit, the teams of both parties held a special technical exchange meeting.
