2026年1月18日，以“精进2026——厚积·深耕·致远 | 世界的昂倍兹ABZ”为主题的年度盛会圆满举行。这不仅是一场总结与展望的会议，更是一次凝聚共识、提振士气、明确航向的全员征程。

On January 18, 2026, the annual grand event themed "Refinement 2026 – Steady Accumulation · In-depth Cultivation · Long-term Vision | ABZ for the World" was successfully held. It is not only a meeting for review and outlook, but also an all-staff journey to build consensus, boost morale, and clarify the direction

前奏篇 / Prelude

 清晨8点，年会以务实的学习拉开序幕。年度专项培训聚焦“产品装配与安装工艺”与“精益生产”，从技术根基到管理哲学，为全年的“精进”之路奠定了坚实的第一步。我们深信，唯有持续修炼内功，才能支撑起远大的梦想。

At 8:00 a.m., the annual meeting kicked off with pragmatic learning. The special annual training focused on "stranding machine installation technology" and "lean production", laying a solid foundation for the annual "refinement" journey from technical fundamentals to management philosophy. We firmly believe that only by continuously cultivating internal strength can we support our lofty dreams.

午间，年度欢乐体育比赛在桌球与乒乓球的清脆击打声中展开。赛场上切磋技艺、欢声笑语，正是昂倍兹ABZ团队活力、协作与健康风貌的生动写照。

At noon, the annual fun sports competition unfolded amid the crisp sounds of billiards and table tennis. Exchanging skills and sharing laughter on the field vividly reflects the vitality, collaboration, and healthy demeanor of the ABZ team.

下午2点，同事们陆续抵达主会场，在主题背景墙上郑重签名留念，每一笔都承载着对过去的肯定与对未来的承诺。

At 2:00 p.m., colleagues arrived at the main venue one after another and solemnly signed their names on the thematic background wall as a souvenir. Each stroke carries affirmation of the past and commitment to the future.

盛会篇：回顾、展望与荣耀Grand Gala Section: Review, Outlook and Glory

14:38，年会在高唱《国歌》声中正式启幕！激昂的旋律激荡着心中的家国情怀与产业报国之志。

At 14:38, the annual meeting officially kicked off with the singing of the National Anthem! The passionate melody stirred up patriotism and the aspiration to serve the country through industry in everyone's hearts.

大会宣贯公司核心理念，它是我们过去成功的密码，亦是未来坚守的信条。

The conference promoted the company's core philosophy, which is the code to our past success and the creed we will uphold in the future.

时光故事 / Stories Through Time

一部精心制作的年会短片，带领大家重温2025年的奋斗足迹、突破瞬间与温暖笑颜，每一帧都是集体记忆的珍贵切片。

A carefully produced annual meeting short film led everyone to review the struggles, breakthrough moments, and warm smiles of 2025. Every frame is a precious slice of collective memory.

战略擘画 / Strategic Blueprint

公司管理层作主旨报告，系统复盘2025年的丰硕成果，部署2026年——第三个“三年规划”收官之年的关键行动。

The company's management delivered a keynote report, systematically reviewing the fruitful achievements of 2025 and deploying key actions for 2026 – the final year of the third "Three-year Plan".

      年会对2025年度涌现出的优秀个人与团队进行了隆重表彰。他们是在各自岗位上深耕不辍的榜样，他们的付出与成绩，照亮了ABZ的前行之路。

The annual meeting grandly commended outstanding individuals and teams emerging in 2025. They are role models who have worked diligently and persistently in their respective positions. Their efforts and achievements have illuminated ABZ's path forward.

   会议在振奋人心的总结与全员合唱《众人划桨开大船》的磅礴歌声中告一段落。“同舟共济海让路”，这歌声正是ABZ人团结一心、共赴远航的最强和声。

The conference came to an end with an inspiring summary and all staff singing in unison "Everyone Rows Together to Sail the Big Ship". "Unity is strength; together we can overcome any obstacle" – this song is the strongest voice of ABZ people uniting as one and sailing towards the future.

家宴篇：共飨盛宴，礼赞祖国

   Family Feast Chapter: Savor the Grand Banquet Together, Extol the Motherland

傍晚17:38，希尔顿欢朋酒店“迎春家宴” 华彩登场。全体员工、特邀嘉宾及合作伙伴代表欢聚一堂。

At 17:38 in the evening, the "Spring Festival Family Feast" at Hampton by Hilton made a splendid appearance. All employees, distinguished guests, and partner representatives gathered together.

晚宴由00后员工与海外员工代表主持。在温馨热烈的祝酒词后，精彩的揭幕表演与激动人心的多轮抽奖将晚宴气氛推向高潮。

The dinner party was hosted by employees borned after 2000 and employee from overseas.After warm and enthusiastic toasts, wonderful unveiling performances and exciting multiple rounds of lucky draws pushed the dinner to a climax.

最后，全场齐声高唱《歌唱祖国》，在深情恢弘的旋律中，为这一年一度的盛典画上圆满句号，也将对祖国的热爱、对行业的责任、对未来的信心融为一体。

Finally, the whole audience sang "Ode to the Motherland" in unison. Amid the affectionate and magnificent melody, the annual grand event came to a perfect end, integrating love for the motherland, sense of responsibility for the industry, and confidence in the future.

场外亮点：实力呈现，声名远播

此次年会不仅是一场内部盛会，更是昂倍兹ABZ向外界展示实力与形象的窗口。

This annual meeting is not only an internal grand event, but also a window for ABZ to show its strength and image to the outside world.

年会前一日，备受关注的 “走进中国最美电工机械生产线” 直播活动成功举办，特邀公司精益生产顾问现场探访、深度解说，向业界直观呈现了ABZ的智造美学与硬核实力。

On the day before the annual meeting, the highly anticipated live broadcast event "Exploring China's Most Beautiful Electrical Machinery Production Line" was successfully held. The company's lean production consultant was invited to conduct an on-site visit and in-depth explanation, intuitively presenting ABZ's intelligent manufacturing aesthetics and core strength to the industry.

· 年会期间，行业权威媒体上海电缆研究所《电线电缆报》、《上海有色网》等对工厂进行了实地采访与报道，公司拥有20人的研发团队、技术创新、产品质量及最美电工机械生产线等颇受关注。

During the annual meeting, authoritative industry media such as Wire & Cable News (published by Shanghai Cable Research Institute) and Shanghai Nonferrous Metals Network conducted on-site interviews and reports on the factory. The company's innovative achievements and strategic plans have been widely disseminated and concerned.
