2026年3月27日，昂倍兹第四届供应商会议在常州工厂隆重举行。

   本次会议以 “高质量·秒响应·强服务，马跃匠心聚势赋能共闯全球” 为主题，汇聚了核心供应商伙伴——西门子、茵梦达、汇川、NSK、亚德客、国茂等业界翘楚齐聚一堂，共谋发展，共话未来。

   On March 27, 2026, ABZ’s 4th Supplier Conference was grandly held at its Changzhou factory.

   Under the theme “High Quality, Instant Response, Strong Service: Uniting Craftsmanship and Momentum to Empower Global Expansion,” the conference brought together core supplier partners—including industry leaders such as Siemens, Innomotics, Innovance, NSK, YADEKA, and Guomao—to discuss development strategies and envision the future.

PART 01聚势：同心者同行 Building Momentum

   与会嘉宾观看了昂倍兹宣传片，回顾了昂倍兹从1984年上海劲力电工机械厂起步，到如今布局全球、服务世界的峥嵘岁月与发展历程。

   The guests watched a promotional video about ABZ, which chronicled the company’s remarkable journey and achievements—from its humble beginnings as the Shanghai Jinli Electrical Machinery Factory in 1984 to its current global presence and worldwide service.

   公司管理委员会成员在致辞中表示：“昂倍兹的全球化征程，离不开每一位供应商伙伴的鼎力支持。我们追求的不仅仅是简单的供需关系，而是深度互信、共同成长的战略伙伴关系。”他强调，面对复杂多变的国际市场，唯有聚势同行，方能行稳致远。

   The Management Committee of company stated, “ABZ’s journey toward globalization would not be possible without the strong support of every supplier partner. We seek more than a simple supplier-customer relationship; we aim for a strategic partnership built on deep mutual trust and shared growth.” He emphasized that, in the face of a complex and ever-changing international market, only by joining forces and moving forward together can we achieve steady and sustainable progress.

PART 02赋能：规范与共进 Empowerment

   采购部详细解读了昂倍兹供应商管理规范。从准入标准到绩效考核，从协同开发到风险共担，一套科学、透明、公正的管理体系，旨在与供应商伙伴建立长期稳定的合作机制，实现双向赋能。

   Purchasing Department provided a detailed explanation of ABZ’s supplier management guidelines. From qualification criteria to performance evaluations, and from collaborative development to risk-sharing, this scientific, transparent, and fair management system is designed to establish a long-term, stable partnership with supplier partners and achieve mutual empowerment.

   质量部则围绕质量管理制度展开讲解。他强调：“品质是昂倍兹的生命线，也是我们共同面对全球客户的承诺。” 从源头把控到过程管理，从出厂检验到售后追踪，昂倍兹对品质的极致追求，赢得了在场供应商的高度认同。

   The Quality Department provided an overview of the company’s quality management system. He emphasized, “Quality is the lifeline of ABZ, and it is our shared commitment to our global customers.” From source control to process management, and from final inspection to post-sales tracking, ABZ’s unwavering commitment to quality earned high praise from the suppliers in attendance.

PART 03共鸣：交流碰撞，凝聚共识Resonance

   在交流环节，现场气氛热烈而坦诚。

   西门子代表表示：“与昂倍兹合作多年，我们深切感受到昂倍兹对技术的执着、对品质的苛求。未来，西门子将继续以全球领先的自动化与驱动技术，助力昂倍兹装备智能化升级。”

   During the discussion session, the atmosphere was lively and candid.

   A Siemens representative stated, “Having worked with ABZ for many years, we have deeply appreciated ABZ’s dedication to technology and its unwavering commitment to quality. Moving forward, Siemens will continue to leverage its world-leading automation and drive technologies to support ABZ in the intelligent upgrading of its equipment.”

   汇川、亚德客、国茂等供应商代表也纷纷发言，围绕技术协同、交付保障、质量共筑等话题展开深入探讨。大家一致认为：

   在全球线缆装备市场竞争日益激烈的今天，唯有上下游紧密协同，才能在“共闯全球”的征程中赢得主动。

   Representatives from suppliers such as Innovance, Yadak, and Guomao also took the floor to engage in in-depth discussions on topics including technical collaboration, delivery assurance, and joint quality assurance. All participants agreed that:

   In today’s increasingly competitive global cable equipment market, only through close collaboration between upstream and downstream partners can we take the initiative in our journey to “conquer the global market together.”

As the Year of the Horse begins with a leap forward, now is the time to gallop ahead. We will refine every piece of equipment with “craftsmanship,” consolidate global resources through “synergy,” and create value for our customers through “empowerment.” Ultimately, we will conquer the world together!

   会议当天，恰逢春意盎然之际，一场别开生面的 “共植未来”植树活动在昂倍兹厂区举行。

   与会嘉宾与昂倍兹管理层一同挥锹铲土、扶苗浇水，共同栽下一棵棵象征合作与希望的友谊之树。每一锹土，都饱含着对合作根基的夯实；每一瓢水，都寄托着对未来的美好期许。
